How to connect the valve and the piping common valve connection methods include flange connection, clamping connection, welding connection, threaded connection, clamping connection, clamping connection, self-sealing connection and other connection forms.

1. Vacuum flapper valve flange connection The flange connection is that the valve body has flanges at both ends, corresponding to the flange on the pipeline, and is installed on the pipeline by bolting the flange. Flange connection is a common connection form used in valves. Flanges have convex surface (rf), flat surface (ff), convex surface (mf) and so on.

2. The clamping connection valve is installed between the two flanges. The valve body has positioning holes, which is easy to install and locate. The connection between the valve and the two pipelines is directly clamped with bolts.

3. Welding connection welding: Both ends of the valve body are processed into welding grooves according to welding requirements, corresponding to the pipeline welding grooves, and fixed on the pipeline by welding. Socket welding: Both ends of the valve body are processed according to the socket welding requirements, and the pipes are connected by socket welding.

4. Threaded connection Threaded connection is a simple connection method, often used for small valves. The valve body is processed according to various thread standards, and there are two kinds of internal thread and external thread. Corresponds to the thread on the pipe.

5. Clamping sleeve connection Clamping sleeve connection has been developed in my country in recent years. The principle of connection and sealing is that when the nut is tightened, the clamping sleeve is under pressure and its blade bites into the outer wall of the tube. The outer cone of the clamping sleeve is under pressure. The lower part is sealed with the conical surface of the joint body to reliably prevent leakage. For example, instrument valves.

6. The belt connection is a quick connection method. It only needs two bolts and is suitable for low-pressure valves that are frequently disassembled. For example, sanitary valves.

7. The internal self-tightening connection of the above various connection forms uses external force to offset the medium pressure to achieve sealing. The sealing ring is installed on the inner cone, and the side opposite to the medium becomes a fixed angle. The medium pressure is transmitted to the inner cone and to the sealing ring. Two forces are generated on the cone with a fixed angle. One is with the valve body. The center line is parallel outward, and the other presses against the inner wall of the valve. The force behind is self-tightening force. The greater the medium pressure, the greater the self-pressure. Therefore, this connection form is suitable for high-pressure valves.
