1. Vacuum gate valve.

2. Vacuum shut-off valve.
The valve stem axis of the vacuum shut-off valve is perpendicular to the sealing surface of the valve seat. The opening and closing stroke of the valve stem is relatively short, and it has a very reliable cut-off action. The valve is very suitable for the cut-off and throttling of the medium. When the valve of the shut-off valve is opened, the valve seat and the valve sealing surface are no longer in contact, and it has a very reliable shut-off action, which is suitable for the shut-off or regulation and throttling of the valve as a medium.
3. Vacuum butterfly valve.
The butterfly plate of the vacuum butterfly valve is installed in the diameter direction of the pipeline. In the cylindrical passage of the butterfly valve body, the disc butterfly plate rotates around the axis, and the rotation angle is between 0° and 90°. When the rotation reaches 90°, the valve is in a fully open state.
The butterfly valve is simple in structure, small in size, light in weight, and consists of a few parts. In addition, the valve can be quickly opened and closed by rotating 90°, and the operation is simple. The valve has good fluid control characteristics. When the butterfly valve is in the fully open position, the thickness of the butterfly plate is the resistance when the medium passes through the valve body, so the pressure drop generated by the valve is small, and it has good flow control characteristics.
4. Vacuum ball valve.
The vacuum ball valve evolved from the plug valve. It has the same lifting action by rotating 90 degrees, the difference is that the plug body is a sphere, and the circular through hole or channel passes through the axis. The ratio of the sphere to the channel opening should be such that when the sphere rotates 90 degrees, all inlets and outlets should be spherical, thereby cutting off the flow.
