GD type- high vacuum baffle valve

GD type high vacuum baffle valve is used to connect or cut off the air flow in the vacuum pipeline. The applicable medium is pure air and non-corrosive gas. According to the shaft seal structure, the high vacuum flapper valve can be divided into two types: GD-J rubber shaft seal and GD-J(b) bellows shaft seal. According to the conduction form, it can be divided into GD-J as the angle pass type and GD-S as the three pass type with pre-pump.

Valve body, valve cover, valve stem: aluminum alloy, carbon steel or stainless steel

Seals: Butadiene rubber, Viton, bellows (shaft seal)

The sealing gasket materials are all rubber, which cannot withstand high temperature baking, so it cannot be used for ultra High vacuum equipment . Ultra-vacuum valves that can be used in ultra-vacuum equipment must meet: (1) able to withstand high temperature (400~450℃) multiple baking; (2) small exhaust volume and good air tightness; (3) reusable; ( 4) Have good conductance.
