Six common vacuum flanges

The vacuum flange is a type of detachable sealing connection. After repeated disassembly, the fixed sealing performance can be maintained, and the aging and damaged seal can be replaced. There are mainly the following 6 types of vacuum flanges that we usually use

1. Rubber sealed vacuum flange.

Ordinary rubber sealed vacuum flanges are widely used in high, medium and low vacuum metal systems. When used in a high vacuum system , another form of rubber sealing flange is required.

2. Rubber sealed vacuum flange.

3. Double glue sealing flange

Double rubber sealing flanges are mainly used to avoid the influence of gas out and leakage of rubber materials, and to achieve high vacuum. The rubber is frozen through the intermediate cooling tank or the intermediate vacuum is used to reduce the rubber exhaust and leakage.

4. Vacuum quick disassembly flange

Vacuum quick release flanges are mainly used for high, medium and low vacuum pipelines. They are divided into clamping type and fastening type. They are usually sealed with o-shaped rubber seals.

5. Caliper vacuum flange

Clamping vacuum flanges are also used for high, medium and low vacuum pipe connections, in the form of clamping screw connection, clamping pad connection and clamping bolt connection.

6. Metal sealing flange

Metal sealing flanges are generally used in high vacuum systems with a pressure lower than 10-7Pa.
